Terms of service
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and the NordicAI.dev client portal. Individual engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence where the two differ.
Using the portal
Access to the client portal is granted to named individuals at client organisations. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not attempt to access data belonging to another organisation, probe or circumvent our access controls, or use the portal to store unlawful material.
Electronic signatures
Where you sign a document through the portal, you agree that your typed name, together with the recorded timestamp and account identity, constitutes your electronic signature and is intended to be legally binding. You consent to conduct that transaction electronically.
Engagements and deliverables
Statements of work, proposals, and contracts issued through the portal describe the scope, fees, and acceptance criteria for a specific engagement. Work begins once the relevant document is signed by both parties.
Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing materials. Unless an engagement agreement states otherwise, deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property on full payment.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information secure and use it only to perform the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance or security reasons, and will give notice where reasonably possible.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from use of the website or portal is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and the courts of Norway have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the portal, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
